Let’s Crochet into the New Year!

You are cordially invited to a cozy Crochet-Along with Ashley Lee Zhong of Snapdragon Brand and Meg of Megs & Co. We will be working on Nadja's Wings, a stunning accessory that is the perfect balance between scarf and shawl.

"Nadja's Wings" is the batty-est shawl of them all. The pattern uses Ashley's distinctive Ribbon Candy Crochet technique to craft a uniquely-constructed batwing shaped shawl with a breathtaking plunge that brings a gothic vibe to this elegant design. It's the perfect size to keep your neck and shoulders warm as the temperatures drop without the added bulk of a full size shawl for comfortable layering under your winter coat. It's a pattern that will stimulate your mind and relax your day, so warm up the cocoa, pull together four favorite skeins of DK weight yarn from your stash and let's get crafty!

Meg has pre-designed kits ready to ship including the two color palettes that Ashley selected to create her original samples. You can reserve your kit here. All kit orders will include 4 skeins of Meg's DK Merino yarn along with the pattern and a special progress keeper designed by Samantha of Sam's Tiny Trinkets. Purchasing your kit will automatically register you for the crochet along. This will be a virtual event hosted on Google Meets and Discord. We will start our projects together on Sunday January 15 at 1 PM ET on Google Meets so make sure to register in order to receive the meeting link. I created a chat channel on my Discord server so that we can check-in and chat as we craft.
