Sweater quantities are available for order on all of our regularly stocked bases.

If you are interested in a sweater quantity on one of our specialty or seasonally rotated bases, please inquire at customerservice@megsandco.com as we do not always carry extra stock of these year-round. 

 

A minimum order of 4 skeins per colorway per base is required for all sweater quantity orders.

Sweater Quantity FAQs

 

What is a sweater quantity? 

A sweater quantity is an order for a larger quantity of yarn on a single base and in a single colorway. All yarn purchased through the sweater quantity option will be dyed together in one batch to ensure as little skein to skein variation as possible. Please note that as this is still a manual hand dying process, and skein to skein variation may still occur especially with highly variegated and speckled colorways. The only way to ensure a perfectly matched dye lot is to order “The Meg” as this is one continuous skein of yarn.  

Order Requirements 

There is a minimum order of 4 skeins per colorway on a single base to initiate your order. If you require additional colorways, a minimum of 2 skeins per colorway on a single base may be added to your order. 

All invoices will be sent via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice. Your invoice will reflect the total cost of your order including all shipping charges, discounts, extra services such as yarn caking if applicable, and sales tax where required. Please review your invoice carefully to ensure the requested items are listed correctly. 

All invoices must be paid in full before any work begins. 

All unpaid invoices will be voided after 14 days. 

All sweater quantity orders are considered custom orders and are therefore final sale. As always, if there are any mistakes or issues with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.  

When will I receive my order? 

All orders will take approximately 3-6 weeks to process and ship depending on order size and current dye schedule. For reference, summer orders typically ship in 2-4 weeks, whereas orders placed during the busier holiday season may take up to 8 weeks.  

You will receive an estimated ship date when your order is invoiced. All invoices must be paid in full prior to order initiation so significant delays in payment my impact this estimate.
